Slumbr Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery

Estimated shipping times may vary based on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs clearance)

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or external events outside of our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery speed selected.

Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


4. Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Double-check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for more detailed updates.

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at sleep@slumbr.rest and include your order number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. However, we will work with you to help resolve any issues where possible.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sleep@slumbr.rest. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders outside the United States:

  • Customs, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
