Slumbr Return & Refund Policy

At Slumbr, we are committed to delivering high-quality sleep supplements to help you rest easy. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than if a product arrives in a condition that makes it unusable.

Refunds for Damaged or Unusable Products

If your order arrives damaged or in a condition that makes it unfit for use, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request supporting evidence such as photographs of the packaging and the product itself.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must have been delivered in a damaged or unusable state.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • You must provide your order number and proof of damage.

Once we assess and confirm the issue, we will offer either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • A replacement product sent at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the consumable nature of sleep supplements, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with taste, effects, or results

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Allergic reactions or side effects
